We have extended the life of Autoclave Agitator Blades from 9 months to 50 months runtime (entire assembly made of titanium, exposed to a 1.8% sulfuric ac-id slurry @ 425°F.) Our coatings have been proven in Autoclave Operations, Mining and Chemical plants around the world. All components are manufactured, coated and finished at our in-house at our robotic HVOF & Plasma Thermal Spray Coatings facility, then tested and approved by our on-site Metallurgical Laboratory.
